Directions: From Main Street in Newport, take a left onto Third St. Take a right onto Pleasant Street after Radio Shack. At the fork , bear right and go 1/4 mile. The old hospital building (brick) will be on your right. The office is on the 3rd floor.

Hours: The Newport Office is open every Wednesday 8-5, lunch 12-1.
